Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den Arbeitskr\u00e4ftemangel<\/h2>\n

Der Grund f\u00fcr die fehlenden Arbeitskr\u00e4fte ist die\u00a0<\/span>Bev\u00f6lkerungspyramide<\/a>. Wir haben pro Jahr rund 140.000 Menschen die rund 60 Jahre alt sind, also demn\u00e4chst in Pension gehen. Wir haben aber nur rund 80.000 Menschen, die pro Jahr in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren auf den Arbeitsmarkt kommen. Das hei\u00dft es fehlen uns pro Jahr rund 60.000 Menschen!<\/p>\n
