Hier ist die Ver\u00e4nderung vor allem in der Kundenerfahrung bei gleichbleibenden Produkten. Im Sinne der digitalen Transformation geht es hier vor allem um die digitale Interaktion mit Kunden. Generell geh\u00f6ren alle Aktivit\u00e4ten im Unternehmen zum Marketing, die das Ziel haben, den Gewinn und den Absatz in einem Unternehmen zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/strong> Der Leitgedanke des Marketings besteht darin, das Unternehmen auf die\u00a0 Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Marktes auszurichten.<\/strong><\/p>\n Das Marketing ist ein grundlegender Aspekt in der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung, mit dem Ziel, die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Kunden und Interessengruppen zu analysieren und auch zu realisieren. <\/strong> Der Begriff Marketing beschreibt das Konzept einer ganzheitlichen und marktorientierten Unternehmensf\u00fchrung mit dem Hintergrund der Ber\u00fccksichtigung vielf\u00e4ltiger Einflussfaktoren auf das Kaufverhalten der Zielgruppen. Als Marketing-Mix werden die 4 P’s bezeichnet (Product, Place, Price, Promotion), durch die digitale Transformation<\/a> ist noch ein f\u00fcnftes P hinzugekommen (People).<\/p>\n Durch die digitale Transformation<\/a> ver\u00e4ndert sich die Erwartungshaltung der Kunden, die Transparenz<\/a> der Unternehmen und die Art der Unternehmen mit Ihren Kunden in Kontakt zu treten. Mit Social Media kann man Kunden punktgenau ansprechen<\/strong>, man bekommt auch direktes Feedback \u00fcber die digitalen Kan\u00e4le.<\/p>\n In diesem Bereich ist wichtig, dass die Kommunikation die Distribution unterst\u00fctzt, und der Content (Inhalt) konsistent \u00fcber alle Kommunikationskan\u00e4le<\/strong> ist.<\/p>\n Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt in der Kommunikation ist es authentisch<\/strong> zu sein. Kunden merken sofort, wenn das Unternehmen vorgibt etwas zu sein, das es nicht ist.
